Staff was courteous and food was outstanding! The rooms were newly renovated and newly decorated, we had a very enjoyable time there. Comfy location to a state-of-the-art indoor aquarium. Early check-in and great customer service.

Very cordial staff, exceptionally comfortable bed, stylish bathroom. Good pool and public beach. The beach was nice. Nice restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.

Comfy beds, great pool. We were in a king room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a coffee maker and a work desk. Only 20 min walk to downtown. The restaurant is lovely and reasonably priced...

It was peaceful time in Chicago. I liked the breakfast choices, they where extensive. The room was air conditioned & extremely pleasant, there was an amazing bed. The rooftop bar in the hotel had plenty of soft beers and wines throughout the day.

The location was GREAT and our bed was comfortable. Such amazing tourist destinations as dusable bridge were near to this place.
